The Denny Family | Chattanooga, Oklahoma

For Toby Denny, farming is more than an occupation. It's a responsibility he proudly carries as a fifth-generation agricultural producer.

Toby and his family raise cotton, cattle, and wheat in western Oklahoma, continuing a legacy that began when his great-grandfather started the family farm. Today, he's committed to building on that foundation while preparing the operation for future generations.

His relationship with Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma began long before he became a customer. As an FFA member, Toby first met former FCWO CEO John Grunewald at a local labor auction. Years later, that connection led to a summer internship in FCWO's Anadarko office, followed by a position as a loan officer after college.

That experience gave Toby a unique perspective. He not only worked alongside Farm Credit customers, but later found himself in their shoes.

When the opportunity arose to purchase acreage and transition into full-time farming, Farm Credit was the natural choice.

Today, Toby values working with people who understand agriculture firsthand and share his commitment to rural Oklahoma. He appreciates the organization's strong agricultural roots, involvement in local communities, and dedication to giving back.

As he continues growing his operation, Toby is grateful for the support of a lender that understands both the challenges and opportunities facing agriculture. More importantly, he is thankful for the chance to continue the family legacy that was started generations ago.
