1.  Initial Consultation

Contact your local Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma office to discuss your appraisal needs and property information.

2.  Property Review

An appraiser will gather property details and determine the scope of the assignment.

3.  Engagement Agreement

You'll receive an agreement outlining the appraisal purpose, scope of work, and associated fees.

4.  Inspection & Analysis

Our team inspects the property, researches market data, and analyzes comparable sales and other value indicators.

5.  Final Report
