Dustin and Jamie Glover own and operate Glover Cattle Company in Elgin, Oklahoma. Their cow-calf operation is focused on raising and selling show cattle, herd sires, promotional bulls, replacement females and donor prospects. The Glovers also operate the Glover Genetics Center in partnership with Trans Ova Genetics. There, Jamie helps producers strengthen the genetic potential of their herds through IVF and traditional flush services. The center also supports clients by sourcing recipient females and creating pregnancies through a pregnant recipient program—an essential service for cattlemen and women across the region.
Jamie’s agricultural roots run deep. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications from Oklahoma State University and later completed her MBA at Cameron University. Before returning to the ranch full time in 2015, she built a successful career in the career tech and higher education systems, working in marketing, communications, recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and enrollment management. Her return to the family operation marked a turning point in its growth and long-term vision.
Today, Jamie and Dustin work alongside their two children as they continue expanding their cattle and genetics programs. Their son is a senior at OSU majoring in animal science, and their daughter recently graduated from high school and plans to attend Cameron University next fall while working on the ranch. Both intend to return to the operation after completing their education, continuing the legacy their parents have built.
The Glovers credit Farm Credit as an essential partner in their growth, helping them build a sustainable, multigenerational operation and allowing their family to work together full time on the ranch. They look forward to continued progress, innovation, and watching the next generation make its mark on the operation.
We are proud to honor Jamie Glover as a 2026 Woman of Distinction. Learn more about the Women of Distinction program here.
